Erste Baum- und Fällarbeiten zur Baufeldfreimachung und Einrichtung der Baustelle.

Nach vielen Jahren des Wartens ist es soweit, wir werden mit dem Bau des neuen Wohngebietes starten. Mit Beginn der herbstlichen Fällperiode werden wir ab dem 07. Oktober 2024 mit der Baufeldfreimachung und Baustelleneinrichtung beginnen. Danach starten die Erschließungsmassnahmen, die ungefähr 1.5 Jahre dauern werden. Anschließend geht es mit dem Hochbau weiter. Beginnend am S-Bahnhof Lichterfelde Süd entstehen zunächst die Mietwohnungen im ersten Bauabschnitt, etwas später dann der Stadtplatz mit Wohn- und Geschäftshäusern. Im zweiten Abschnitt wird dann unter anderem durch das Land Berlin die neue Grundschule mit dem dazugehörigen Sportplatz gebaut.

Unser Grundstück und auch der bisher dort verlaufende Weg vom S-Bahnhof parallel zur Bahn Richtung ehemaliger Mauerstreifen werden sich damit in eine Baustelle verwandeln und dürfen dann leider während der Baumaßnahmen nicht mehr betreten werden.
